Is the First Rung of the Property Ladder on the Moon?

Now, I feel is the time to consider those for whom the first rung of the property ladder now seems to be on the moon.

It is, in fairness, now time to radically change the way we think and perhaps, for the first time, start considering others. Incidentally, “others” include our children and our grand children.

We can do this by applying a maximum percentage by which the value of each property is allowed to annually increase?

Why shouldn’t each property, immaterial of value have a fixed annual value increase of 2%?

It’s certainly something to consider until someone comes up with a better workable solution!

Non UK citizens not registered as Foreign National Key Workers are not permitted to purchase residential property in the UK.

This new law will immediately:

• Take the pressure off all homeowners.
• Save the billions you’ve planned to give Local Authorities (if necessary) to buy the homes of those in trouble then rent those homes back to them.
• Put a stop once and for all to innocuous lending Institutions ever being able to play around with our nation’s housing and job security ever again.
• Ensure you have the unbridled support of the electorate.
• Ensure that property prices in the UK remain within the affordability of our children and grandchildren.

I’m not a Law Maker, never will be, so I’ve published this letter on my website for constructive suggestions by all.

As a loyal British Citizen I want, as I hope do you, Prime Minister, to be a Citizen of a once again Great Britain!

Additionally, I believe we need more “interfering” people coming up with “workable” suggestions to help make this happen!
