I have to start off with an apology to you because I completely forgot about you over the weekend.

No I didn’t have a couple or 20 drinks – I didn’t even have the time to have one!

I’m writing a short book about weight loss based on my own endeavours of the past 11 weeks during which I really have won thousands of brownie points from my lovely Wife.

My problem is; when I start and I’m on a roll, I just don’t want to stop foe anything or anyone – in fact I become the most self centred and selfish sod I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!

Anyway, I’m sorry – it won’t happen again – I want to address a couple of other things but will use another Post.
